In short
You pay monthly, the first three months are fixed, and then you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. Every video, raw clip and project file we make for you is yours.
Who we are
Playframe Studio LLC (“Playframe”, “we”) is a video production studio at 1855 Industrial St, Suite 400, Los Angeles, CA 90021. These terms apply when you hire us for any plan, add-on or one-off shoot.
What we provide
Each plan sets the number of videos, formats and shoots per month. We plan, film, edit and caption the videos, and on Growth and Scale we post them. Each video includes two rounds of notes.
Fees and payment
Plans are billed on the first of each month, in advance. Travel outside Los Angeles County and paid creator fees above the plan are billed at cost, with your approval first.
Who owns the videos
Once a month is paid, you own the final videos, the raw footage from your shoots and the project files. Licensed music stays licensed to you for as long as the video is published.
Pausing and cancelling
The first three months are fixed. After that, you can pause for up to two months or cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Work already delivered stays yours.
Liability
We’re responsible for making the videos we agreed to make. We can’t promise views, followers or sales, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we’ll email you 30 days before the change applies to your plan.
