Pricing questions
Straight answers about money.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Your first month’s price covers the planning call, the first shoot and the first batch of videos.
Can we pause a month?
After the first three months, yes. Give us 30 days’ notice and we’ll hold your slot for up to two months.
Can we change plans later?
Yes, any month after the first three. The new plan starts on your next billing date.
Do you charge for travel?
Not inside Los Angeles County. Outside it, travel is billed at cost and agreed before we book anything.
Who pays the UGC creators?
We do, for the creators included in your plan. More creators are an add-on: $1,900 for five a month.
What happens after three months?
The plan goes month to month. Keep going, change plans or stop with 30 days’ notice.
