Your name, work email, company, main account and the notes you send through the booking form. If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address.
How we use it
To reply to you, plan a call and, if you become a client, run your account. Newsletter emails go out on Fridays; every one has an unsubscribe link.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without tracking you across other sites. We don’t use advertising cookies.
Who we share it with
Only the tools that run our business: our email provider, our project tracker and our accounting software. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don’t become projects are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as tax law requires.
Your choices
Email hello@playframe.studio to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We’ll reply within 30 days.
